[/av_textblock] [/av_three_fourth][av_two_fifth] [av_textblock] Our litigation attorneys have extensive trial and appellate experience representing corporate clients and individuals in a wide array of complex commercial disputes, including issues of securities law, breach of contract, bankruptcy, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, construction, employment, intellectual property, partnership disputes and trust disputes. Central to our litigation philosophy is the recognition that the objectives of our clients vary from case to case, and that our success turns on our ability to dynamically and individually tailor our approach to meet each client’s unique objectives. [/av_textblock] [/av_two_fifth][av_two_fifth] [av_textblock ] Regardless of the client’s specific goals, we believe that obtaining counsel with significant trial experience is essential, insofar as a credible threat of effective trial advocacy assists in achieving objectives as diverse as obtaining a pre-litigation settlement to positioning the case for successful dispositive motion practice to, of course, obtaining a judgment after trial. Each of our litigation partners has extensive trial experience and our attorneys have served as counsel of record in trials, evidentiary hearings, and arbitrations throughout the country. We frequently represent both defendants and corporate plaintiffs, and we believe that our experience in both prosecuting and defending against civil suits enhances our ability to anticipate the strategies of opposing parties, and our overall effectiveness in serving our clients.
